This is a critical advanced parameter. It defines the time needed for the cooler to lower the product temperature from the elevated Saving Mode temperature back down to Ready Mode temperature. The controller looks ahead in its self-learning schedule to ensure it has enough time to start cooling down before the next Ready period begins. If it doesn't detect an upcoming open period, it stays in Saving Mode.
